Royal Services on Board
The Royal Orient Train has 13 blue colored coaches, which are amalgamated in a beautiful way to represent the cultural legacy of the regions covered by the train on its way. All the coaches were well maintained with all the necessary sophisticated amenities with 5 star categories. These coaches are named after the erstwhile royal kingdoms. Each saloon also includes a kitchenette and four cabins with a well-maintained attached bathroom with hot and cold running water. The layout of each cabin reflects the touch of royalty. In each cabin or coupe of the luxury train, only two passengers are accommodated in every coupe. A well-stocked bar The Watering Hole is available to serve you both Indian as well as international brands of alcohol. It remains open round the clock and offers scotch, liquors, Indian malt whiskeys, vodkas, wines and rums.
The train remains functional from September to April. Every Wednesday it departs from Delhi and travels through Chittorgarh, Udaipur, Junagarh, Veraval, Sesangir, Dilwara, Palitana, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and then back to Delhi.
