The beaches here are many, and each of them a pristine jewel in itself catering to distinct taste of different travellers.

Here is a list of some of the best beaches among many to explore while in Goa

Anjuna Beach
Sand, a relaxed hippie-like air and psychedelic music to appeal to your senses, Anjuna Beach boasts to have all of it. Initially home to groups of hippies, the beach is extremely popular for its Wednesday flea market and attracts all sorts of travellers to shop. The shacks at the beach are relaxed and some of them are open all night, perfect for those lazy nights at the beach with friends!

Calangute Beach
The Beach snaps the title of ‘Queen of the Beaches’ from other numerous beaches in Goa, and one look at it and you’d easily know why. Of course, it is one of the most commercial beaches here where you’re likely to find the most of crowd, but the beach has a certain charm to it which keeps the tourists coming back for more. Be it the delectable Goan cuisine or the mesmerizing stretch of palm trees or the amazing water sports options available, this beach takes the cake in all!

Candolim & Baga Beach
Sitting lazily right next to the popular tourist destination Aguada Fort, Candolim Beach is one of those few beaches in Goa that still offer a cleaner and peaceful alternative to the buzzing crowd otherwise. If you’re someone who enjoys quiet time over maddening rush of parties and crowd, Candolim is your thing! On the other hand, if you’re one of those looking for exciting nightlife with a bunch of friends, drinks and lots of sand, look nowhere and head to Baga.

Enjoy the sumptuous cuisines offered here along with the clean, pristine surroundings- perfect for those self-introspection sessions!

Agonda Beach
A quiet and peaceful retreat, this beach in South Goa is quickly becoming a hot favourite among tourists for its serene surroundings, greenery and no hawkers/stalls to disturb the reverie. So go out and enjoy the fun of sipping a drink while relaxing in a nearby hut on the beach. Just don’t forget to take your flip flops and sunscreen with you!

Vagator Beach
Up in north of Goa, lies the centre of all trance parties and hubs, Vagator Beach. While Disco Valley, another attraction is pretty nearby, the beach itself paints a pretty picture with the steep cliff, crystal clear beach and a happening party scene at any given time of the day!
